My biggest joy comes from sharing how movement can be healing. As a mover all my life, I’ve seen how yoga and fitness can change people not just physically, but mentally and even spiritually for the better. With over 500hrs of training, I bring a modern-yogi perspective to the masses: from sun salutations to snoop dog. I show clients how to build their own body awareness so that every class feels great.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my grandma, my dogs and my friends. If I’m not sweating with District, you’ll find me at the hot yoga studio, the dog park, or on a bike ride! During the day, I’m elbow-deep in superfoods for The Gut Lab!
