WHO ARE WE? We are Alyson and Meghan, but call us Aly and Meg! We strongly believe in a good sweat and surrounding ourselves with great people. We have a passion for movement, pump-up playlists, community and food - we really love food. The two of us were brought together by our love for PR, but our passion for group fitness (and burpees) has kept us attached at the hip ever since.
Don’t worry, you aren’t only stuck with us. We have two other amazing instructors, Emily and Kylie and we can’t wait for you to move with them.
